Grind ½ a tspn of Cardamom seeds, mix it with 1 tbspn of Honey and consume it every 3 hrs to cure regular cough.

Grind ½ a tspn of Cardamom seeds, mix them with 2 tspns of Ghee (clarified butter) and 1 tspn of Powdered Sugar. Consume it 3 times a day to cure the cough.
Grind ½ a tspn of Cardamom seeds, mix them with 1 tspn of coking oil and 1 tspn of Powdered Sugar. Consume it 3 times a day to cure the cough.
