7 Super-Foods for Controlling High Blood Pressure



High Blood Pressure i.e. Hypertension, which was once prevalent among people over 50-55 yrs of age has now become a common ailment among people much younger.

Eating a plateful of Papaya 3-4 times a week also works amazingly well in controlling hypertension.
